Thank you for your interest in Endorsement (IMH-E®). Please submit this registration fee if you have submitted a preliminary application for Infant Family Associate or are planning to do so. After you submit the payment, our Endorsement Coordinator will be notified and will reach out to you via email within 1-3 business days.
